Result of the alliance between a Lagar with more than a hundred years of experience and the knowledge of family tradition, the olive oil from Lagar do Parral comes from the combination of Galega olives and Cobrançosa from Baixo Alentejo. Extracted through mechanical processes that give it a unique quality, its pleasant, fresh and fruity aroma is evidence of an unmixed and totally natural olive oil.
The tasting includes a guided tour of the mill and the olive oil from the mill accompanied by bread, cheese and sausages from the region.
